ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
The product range on the website is valid in the delivery area of Vakkuri Kukkakauppa (Kokkola Economic Zone).
The products in our range are as unique as each flower. The aim is to make the bundles as similar as possible to the product image.
If a product or part of a product is unavailable, it will be replaced with the same price / style / color.
Products going elsewhere in Finland or abroad are delivered with the help of eg Interflora, Dataflora or other partners.
Products shipped abroad are ordered via the “ship abroad” button.
The sender information does not go to the recipient. Be sure to include a signature on the card text if you want the recipient to know who the flower delivery will be from.
The customer (subscriber) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, Kukkakauppa Riitta Järvelä Ky will not refund the price of the product or delivery to the customer. Neither is it liable for any other direct or indirect costs resulting from delivery failure.
DELIVERY
The order will be delivered the same day as the order is placed before. 3pm (Mon-Sun).
Sunday transports are not available at all flower shops, and transport times also vary. As a result, Sunday delivery outside the delivery area of Vakkuri Flower Shop may not be available. However, the order will be delivered on the first possible delivery date. No deliveries on Christmas Eve.
Addresses and Gift Cards are mailed by 3pm each day.
The customer can be contacted if delivery is not received at the desired time.
FEES
All prices include 25,5% VAT, prices include comission 5.00 EUR.
Delivery charge of € 16.00, including home delivery in Finland. Overseas EUR 16.00.
For journeys (from the nearest supplying florist to the customer) of more than 15 km, the customer may be asked for an additional fare. In this case it is also possible for the customer to cancel the order.
CANCEL The order can be canceled free of charge if the delivery has not left.
Thereafter, there is no right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. Cancellations must be reported immediately to the following number +35850 313 8128 or by email to info (a) vakkurinkukka.fi.
Guarantee Only fresh flowers are used for orders.
If the quality of the flowers is noticeable, the product must be complained of immediately after delivery by showing the faulty flowers.
Payment Methods
The products and their shipping costs will be paid upon ordering. The following payment methods can be used: Online banking, mobile payment and credit cards.
